How it works, in plain language

Morpheus8 does two things at once. Fine microneedles pass through the outer skin to a depth chosen for the area being treated — anywhere from a fraction of a millimetre to several millimetres. As they reach that depth, they release radiofrequency energy into the tissue.

That energy warms the deeper layers in a controlled way. The skin reads the warmth as a signal to repair, and over the following weeks it lays down fresh collagen and elastin and tightens the subdermal tissue. The result builds from your own biology rather than from anything added to the face.

Common questions

Does it hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and most people describe the sensation as warmth with some pressure. Comfort is reviewed with you during the session, and the depth is adjusted to the area being treated.

What is the downtime?

Downtime is minimal. It is normal to look flushed, as though mildly sunburned, with redness that settles over a few days. Your provider will give you aftercare guidance for the days that follow.

How is this different from injectables?

Morpheus8 adds nothing to the face. There are no injectables and no foreign substances — the treatment prompts your own collagen and elastin to rebuild the underlying structure, so the result comes from your own biology.

Who performs the treatment?

How many sessions will I need?
