Assess the structure
Before anything is done, we read the skin as a layered structure — epidermis, dermis, subdermal tissue, and the facial and body structure beneath. The concern is located in a layer, because the layer decides the treatment.
Thirty years of clinical practice sit behind that reading. The assessment is where the plan is written, and where we tell you honestly what the structure will and will not do.

Energy, not chemistry
The work is done with energy tuned to a depth — radiofrequency, light, and heat. Fractional radiofrequency warms the dermis and subdermal tissue so the body remodels its own collagen and elastin; the instrument reaches the layer, and your biology does the building.

If a concern is better served by something outside this method, we say so. The assessment is the honest part: we would rather map the structure and tell you plainly than sell a result we cannot document.
